SHIPPING POLICY:

• Lost or damaged package by shipping carrier is not the responsibility of The Decade Den and non-refundable.
• The Decade Den is responsible for the purchase of your item until it reaches the carrier's facility.
• Orders are only shipped on weekdays (excluding federal holidays). Any orders made after 5pm CT on Friday's will not be shipped until the following Monday. 
• Any package with total weight under 13oz will be shipped using USPS First-Class Package. 
• Shipping carriers and services could be subject to change.

REFUND POLICY

• There is a no returns, no refunds, and no exchange policy. Please read the description to find measurements and conditions to make sure you are most satisfied with the product before purchasing.
